* WHAT...For the Wind Chill Warning, dangerously cold wind chills. Wind chills of 25 to 40 below zero. For the Winter Weather Advisory, blowing snow with visibility reductions to one mile or less at times especially in rural areas. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of Central Iowa.

* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Warning, until noon CST Saturday. For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 6 AM CST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Blowing snow will reduce visibility, especially in rural areas. Drifting of snow is also likely. The hazardous conditions will impact the morning or evening commute. The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

* AFFECTED AREAS: AUDUBON ... GUTHRIE ... DALLAS ... POLK
