Francesville, Medaryville, Plymouth, Bremen, Culver, Rochester, 
Akron, Monticello, Monon, Brookston, Logansport, Royal Center, 
Peru, Grissom AFB, and Mexico

...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM EST /6 AM
CST/ SATURDAY...
* WHAT...Dangerous wind chills and blowing and drifting snow 
  expected. Additional snowfall expected to stay below 1 inch 
  through tonight. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of northern Indiana.
* WHEN...From 7 AM today to 7 AM EST Saturday. Blowing and
  drifting snow is expected into Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on hazardous road conditions. Areas of blowing
  snow will significantly reduce visibility and will likely create
  drifts on north to south roads. The hazardous conditions will 
  impact holiday travel. Gusty winds could bring down tree 
  branches and cause power outages. Dangerously cold wind chills 
  between 20 below to 35 below zero will cause frostbite on 
  exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
