In areas prone to flooding and becoming impassable, residents are highly recommended to move their vehicles to an appropriate level of higher ground.  There is available parking at Angela Hibbard Park, Edmund Hibbard Park, Windward Beach Park, Midstreams School and the overflow parking lot in the middle of Rt. 35 across from Brick Beach III.  We are expecting the road conditions will become dangerously icy as well, and we strongly encourage people to stay home if possible.  Please be prepared and plan accordingly if you intend on picking your children up from school.
