1. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (1529) 2600 Block of East Anderson Street, Park District
The male victim, 65, stated three suspects attempted to run him over, then exited their vehicle and assaulted him. The victim self-transported to an area hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. SUSPECTS: Three Hispanic male adults.
2. Resisting Arrest (1635) 7000 Block of Michael Canlis Boulevard, San Joaquin County
While booking the suspect for unrelated charges, he attempted to kick two officers. The suspect was taken to the ground and booked without further incident. ARRESTED: Julio Martinez, 40, for vandalism and resisting arrest.
3. Weapons Arrest (2159) 1900 Block of Stockton Street, Seaport District
Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area. Officers located a firearm inside the vehicle, and the suspect refused to obey the officer’s commands and was forced to the ground. ARRESTED: Joseph Flores, 28, for weapons charges.
