* WHERE...Portions of central, northern, and southern New Hampshire, including the following counties, in central New Hampshire, Belknap, Merrimack, Strafford and Sullivan. In northern New Hampshire, Carroll, Coos and Grafton. In southern New Hampshire, Hillsborough and Rockingham.
* WHEN...Until 700 PM EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1148 AM EST, Several more hours of rainfall is expected across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen, with another inch or more possible before the storm moves out. This excessive rainfall will combine with snowmelt to produce additional flooding in the region. Even once the rain has ended small streams and creeks will continue to rise into this evening. - Snow-blocked drainage will exasperate flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Manchester, Nashua, Concord, Derry, Rochester, Merrimack, Portsmouth, Laconia, Hampton, and Durham.
