* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 8 PM MST this evening. For the Wind Chill Warning, until 3 PM MST this afternoon. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 3 PM this afternoon to 11 AM MST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday evening commute. The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes. Exposed skin may become quickly frostbitten or frozen.
