* WHAT...For the Wind Chill Warning, dangerously cold wind chills continuing. Wind chills as low as 30 below zero. For the Wind Chill Advisory, very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as 20 below zero.

* WHERE...Portions of Northeast Kentucky and Central and South Central Ohio.

* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Warning, until 7 AM EST Saturday. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 7 AM to 4 PM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

* AFFECTED AREAS: LEWIS ... PICKAWAY ... FAIRFIELD ... ROSS ... HOCKING ... ADAMS ... PIKE ... SCIOTO
