* WHAT...For the first Wind Chill Advisory, very cold wind chills. Wind chills as low as 10 below zero. For the second Wind Chill Advisory, very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as zero to 5 below.
* WHERE...In Georgia, Habersham County. In North Carolina, Greater Caldwell, Greater Burke and Eastern McDowell Counties.
* WHEN...For the first Wind Chill Advisory, until 1 PM EST this afternoon. For the second Wind Chill Advisory, from 5 PM this afternoon to 10 AM EST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
* AFFECTED AREAS: HABERSHAM ... GREATER CALDWELL ... GREATER BURKE ... EASTERN MCDOWELL
