* WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Iowa and southwest Minnesota.
* WHEN...Until noon CST today.
* IMPACTS...Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Although visibility has improved, several areas still have no travel advised or roads closed due to previous drifting. Please continue to heed your local travel restrictions.
