* WHAT...For the Wind Chill Warning, dangerously cold wind chills. Wind chills as low as 40 below zero. For the Winter Weather Advisory, blowing snow expected. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...Lincoln, Lyon, Murray and Pipestone Counties.
* WHEN...Until noon CST today.
* IMPACTS...Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Although visibility has improved, several areas still have no travel advised or roads closed due to previous drifting. Please continue to heed your local travel restrictions.
* AFFECTED AREAS: LINCOLN ... LYON ... MURRAY ... PIPESTONE
