ROLLING BLACKOUTS RESUME 
The Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) has advised the City of Oak Ridge Electric Department that extreme weather conditions have mandated mandatory rolling blackouts to resume in Oak Ridge and across the region this morning.
Outages will impact 10% of customers at a time and will last about 30 minutes.
This is not optional as the outages are essential to prevent uncontrolled extended outages on the TVA system. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause for some of our customers.
We will post updates when it is lifted and/or when we get more information.
