PLEASE Do NOT call 911 to report power outages or ask when your power will be back on.
If your electricity is out, you need to contact Duke Energy at 1-800-769-3766 or utilize the Duke Energy website to report the outage. Calling 911 will only tie up emergency lines for those having a true emergency, the 911 operators will not be able to assist you.
