Wilmington Police arrest an adult and two juveniles and recover stolen vehicle:

Wilmington Police have arrested an adult and two juveniles and recovered a stolen vehicle.

On December 19 at approximately 12:14 p.m., an officer on patrol in the 700 block of East 9th Street observed an occupied stolen motor vehicle.  When the officer attempted to conduct a traffic stop, the vehicle fled.  The vehicle was located a short time later in the area of East 12th Street and Hay Road.  Three subjects were observed fleeing from the vehicle.  Police were able to take all three subjects into custody without incident, a 16-year-old male juvenile, 20-year-old Jacqkese Dollard, and a 17-year-old male juvenile.

The 16-year-old male was charged with the following offenses including a traffic violation:

  • Receiving Stolen Property Over $1,500
  • Criminal Mischief Over $5,000
  • Conspiracy 2nd Degree
  • Resisting Arrest
He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and committed to the New Castle County Detention Center on $25,000 cash-only bail.

Dollard was charged with the following offenses including a traffic violation:
  • Receiving Stolen Property Over $1,500
  • Criminal Mischief Over $5,000
  • Conspiracy 2nd Degree
  • Resisting Arrest
He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on $4,500 secured bail.

The 17-year-old male was charged with the following offenses including a traffic violation:
  • Receiving Stolen Property Over $1,500
  • Criminal Mischief Over $5,000
  • Conspiracy 2nd Degree
  • Resisting Arrest
He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and committed to the New Castle County Detention Center on $25,000 cash-only bail.
