Wilmington Police have arrested an adult and two juveniles and recovered a stolen vehicle.

On December 19 at approximately 12:14 p.m., an officer on patrol in the 700 block of East 9^th Street observed an occupied stolen motor vehicle.  When the officer attempted to conduct a traffic stop, the vehicle fled.  The vehicle was located a short time later in the area of East 12^th Street and Hay Road.  Three subjects were observed fleeing from the vehicle.  Police were able to take all three subjects into custody without incident, a 16-year-old male juvenile, 20-year-old Jacqkese Dollard, and a 17-year-old male juvenile.

The 16-year-old male was charged with the following offenses including a traffic violation:

• Receiving Stolen Property Over $1,500
• Criminal Mischief Over $5,000
• Conspiracy 2^nd Degree
• Resisting Arrest

He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and committed to the New Castle County Detention Center on $25,000 cash-only bail.

Dollard was charged with the following offenses including a traffic violation:

• Receiving Stolen Property Over $1,500
• Criminal Mischief Over $5,000
• Conspiracy 2^nd Degree
• Resisting Arrest

He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on $4,500 secured bail.

The 17-year-old male was charged with the following offenses including a traffic violation:

• Receiving Stolen Property Over $1,500
• Criminal Mischief Over $5,000
• Conspiracy 2^nd Degree
• Resisting Arrest

He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and committed to the New Castle County Detention Center on $25,000 cash-only bail.
