Flood Advisory until 09:45PM Monday

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest Oregon and southwest Washington, including the following counties, in northwest Oregon, Clackamas, Clatsop, Columbia, Multnomah, Tillamook, Washington and Yamhill. In southwest Washington, Clark, Cowlitz, Pacific and Wahkiakum.

* WHEN...Until 945 PM PST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 247 PM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area this evening, highest amounts in the coast range. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
