* WHERE...Lookout Pass, Mullan, Dobson Pass, and Schweitzer Mountain Road.
* WHEN...Until 7 PM PST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Expect winter driving conditions through Wednesday. Periods of 1 inch per hour snowfall could impact travel. Gusty southwest winds 35 to 45 mph could bring down trees and cause power outages.
* AFFECTED AREAS: NORTHERN PANHANDLE ... CENTRAL PANHANDLE MOUNTAINS
