1. Robbery (1205) 1200 Block of East Hammer Lane, Valley Oak District
The victim, 25, observed two suspects shoplifting merchandise and trying to leave without paying for the items. When the victim attempted to stop the suspect, one suspect pepper sprayed him. The suspect fled the area in a white sedan. SUSPECTS: A black male and a White female in their twenties.
