Caldwell Borough Municipal Trailer Layout 
Please see the attached overhead picture showing the layout of the Caldwell Borough Municipal trailers located behind 24 Smull Avenue in Caldwell. Parking for the trailers is available in the Smull Municipal Parking Lot. After parking in the Smull Lot visitors should access the trailers from the back of the Smull Lot indicated by the yellow arrows on the attached picture (North End of Smull Municipal Lot). The trailers are labeled in the diagram below for what service is in each trailer. The Caldwell Health and Human Services/ Food Pantry can be accessed from 24 Smull Avenue by walking up to the front of the building from the sidewalk.
