INCIDENT: PC 290(B): FAILURE TO PROPERLY REGISTER
LOCATION: 23400 Block of Ottawa Road, Apple Valley
SUSPECT: John Delgadillo, 57 years-old, resident of Apple Valley
SUMMARY: On Wednesday, December 28, 2022, at 11:07am, deputies arrested John Delgadillo for giving false information to law enforcement when registering as a sex offender.
Delgadillo listed himself as a transient while registering as a sex offender with the Victor Valley Sheriff’s Station in Lucerne Valley. Deputies had reason to believe Delgadillo was not a transient and was living at a residence. Detective C. DeKeyrel and Deputy L. Marks investigated and learned he was living at a residence in the 23400 block of Ottawa Road in Apple Valley.
John Delgadillo was arrested at his residence without incident. During a search of the residence, deputies discovered a marijuana grow and extraction lab. San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department's Marijuana Enforcement Team responded to conduct the investigation.
John Delgadillo was booked at High Desert Detention Center. He is currently being held in lieu of $25,000.00 bail.
