* WHAT...Snow. Total snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches, except 3 to 6 inches over the mountains. Winds gusting as high as 30 mph early this morning causing areas of blowing and drifting snow.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
