L.A. County Public Works Issues Phase 1 Mud Flow Alert for Fish Fire Area; Fish Fire Area to Remain at Green Level with No Restrictions 
Weather reports indicate light rain coming to Duarte starting this evening. Los Angeles County Public Works has issued a PHASE 1 mudflow forecast for the Fish Fire area from Monday, January 2, 2023 starting at 5 PM through Tuesday, January 3, 2023 ending at 1 PM. Fish Fire Area to remain at Green Level with no restrictions.
