The National Weather Service in Little Rock has extended the

Northern Woodruff County in eastern Arkansas... Eastern Cleburne County in north central Arkansas... Independence County in north central Arkansas... Southeastern Izard County in north central Arkansas... Sharp County in north central Arkansas...

* At 821 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. Several roads in the warned area are underwater and impassable.
