In west central Georgia, Chattahoochee, Harris, Lamar, Marion, Meriwether, Muscogee, Pike, Schley, Spalding, Stewart, Talbot, Taylor, Troup, Upson and Webster.

* WHEN...From 1 PM EST this afternoon through Wednesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple waves of training thunderstorms could produce rainfall totals of 2 to 4 inches, with isolated higher totals possible. Due to to the increasing confidence in excessive rainfall, a watch has been issued for southwest Georgia. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
