...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 PM EST THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Kentucky and Ohio, including the following
  counties, in Kentucky, Bracken, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Lewis,
  Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson. In Ohio, Adams, Brown, Pike
  and Scioto.

* WHEN...Until 2 PM EST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
