City Facilities Closing to the Public at Noon Today. 
City Hall and the Springfield Public Library will be closing to the public at noon today due to weather. The Community Center is closed already due to scheduled events being cancelled or postponed.
Snow removal operations for our emergency snow routes are being maintained as able. Snow removal in residential areas will continue into the afternoon and evening.
