Calling all seniors who would like to get moving and grooving after the holidays!!!!
The Sussex County Department of Health Education is providing a class for all Byram Senior Citizens who would like to take part in an introductory exercise class. Wear comfy clothes and bring a friend! There will be an informational presentation from the County too.
