The Ripon Fire District and the City of Ripon Public Works Department have opened a sandbag filling station. See information below:

• Located behind Fire Station 1 at 142 S. Stockton Avenue, use Nourse Street for access.
• Self-serve station supplying free sand and bags; please bring your own shovel.
• Limited to 12 bags per household while supplies last.

Please take appropriate action to safeguard your property from rising water levels especially if your property has a history of flooding.  If you experience localized flooding contact the Ripon Public Works Department at (209) 599-2151 during business hours and (209) 599-2102 after hours and on weekends. In case of an emergency please dial 911.
