Sand and Sand Bags are available to San Leandro residents at the Public Works Service Center (14200 Chapman Rd) and Fire Station # 12 (1065 143rd Ave - Sand and Sand Bags are located down the driveway behind station # 12).

Sand and Sand Bags are available 24/7 (While Supplies Last) 
Limit 10 bags per San Leandro household 

To expedite the filling process, please bring your own shovel   


Bags must be filled by a resident with sand outside the gate
