* Until 400 PM EST.

* At 308 PM EST, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 13 miles northeast of Madisonville to 7 miles east of Benton, moving east at 50 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Law enforcement. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include... Vonore, Tellico Plains, Fort Loudon State Park, Coker Creek, Violet, Tariffville, McGee Carson Peninsula, Bullet Creek, Marble and Citico Beach.

* AFFECTED AREAS: CHEROKEE, NC ... BLOUNT, TN ... MONROE, TN ... POLK, TN
