* At 332 PM EST, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 16 miles northwest of Murphy to near Ducktown, moving east at 45 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
* Locations impacted include... Andrews, Murphy, Ducktown, Hayesville, William L. Davenport Refuge, Tusquitee, Violet, Turtletown, Copperhill and Hiawasse Dam.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building. Damaging winds and occasional cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms. Move indoors immediately.
