* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations of 2 to 5 inches. Locally higher amounts possible in southern Aitkin and southern Carlton counties. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Crow Wing, South Aitkin and Carlton and South St. Louis Counties. This includes the Tribal Lands of the Mille Lacs Band, East Lake area and the Fond du Lac Band.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM CST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
