* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines, and can blow around unsecured objects. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
* AFFECTED AREAS: TEHACHAPI ... GRAPEVINE ... FRAZIER MOUNTAIN COMMUNITIES
