Sheriff Levon Allen’s Elite Fugitive Squad captures #4 on the Top 10


October 26, 2021,  subject Daniel Allen drove into 5758 GA-85, Riverdale, GA, (The Life at Pine Grove Apartments) exited his vehicle and discharged a firearm multiple times into a parked car occupied by multiple people, striking and killing one victim and seriously wounding another.

The great Detectives at The Clayton County Police Department Identified the subject and on December 5, 2022, The Clayton County Sheriff's Office received five (5) felony warrants for Daniel Allen (DOB: 03/30/2004)

3. Criminal Attempt to Commit a Felony 
4. Criminal Attempt to Commit a Felony 
5. Aggravated Assault

Sheriff Allen immediately activated his Elite Fugitive Squad and started the hunt.

On January 3, 2023, The Sheriff’s Elite Fugitive Squad tracked the suspect down in Newnan, Ga and, with the help of The Newnan Police Department’s Special Operations team, Daniel was taken into custody without incident and transported back to Clayton County.
