This is an advisory from the Ross Valley, Kentfield, Central Marin Fire Departments. Forecasters are predicting heavy rains and strong winds. The Ross Valley has the potential to experience localized flooding in the low-lying areas. It is highly recommended that you be proactive now and stay alert. Consider moving personal belongings to higher ground, including vehicles. Avoid walking in flood waters as this could pose a threat of injury or death. If present, avoid down power lines. Remember to TURN AROUND and DON’T DROWN!!! Do not drive through flooded streets
