REGISTRATION FOR DOG TRAINING AND OTHER RECREATION PROGRAMS
The Ripon Parks and Recreation Department is planning to offer Dog Training classes in 2023. The first session of 5 classes will be offered on Wednesday mornings at Stouffer Park (in the lower area in the back of the park) starting on January 18, 2023. All classes will be taught by Bone-a-Fide Dog Training. Each class is 1 hour long with a question and answer time after class (up to 30 minutes). A minimum of 4 dogs will need to register before the deadline in order to run a class session. The goal is for your dog to have good manners with people, other dogs, and to obey you during distracting situations. Children 10 and older can handle their dog during class as long as they have control and a parent is in attendance.
All dogs must be 5 months or older and have all of their shots (Rabies, Distemper and Parvo).
The class schedule is as follows:
Jan 18 10-11am
Jan 25 10-11am
Feb 01 10-11am
Feb 08 10-11am
Feb 15 10-11am
Please register as soon as possible to make sure the class runs.
The Ripon Parks and Recreation Department is currently taking registration for the 2023 baseball, softball and tee ball recreation programs with a registration deadline on January 09, 2023. Please note that the softball leagues are already full, however, if more coaches volunteer, more kids will be added to the league from the wait list.
Soccer registration and registration for all Summer Programs including Camps, Clinics and Lessons will begin in March of 2023.
