OSBI ICAC UNIT ARRESTS WOODWARD COUNTY MAN FOR CHILD PORNOGRAPHY
The investigation originated with the New Mexico Attorney General’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. New Mexico Agents identified an IP address that downloaded more than 70 files of child pornography including videos and images. Authorities located subscriber information for that IP address and it belonged to Heglin. At that point, New Mexico ICAC forwarded the case to the OSBI ICAC Task Force for further investigation.

OSBI ICAC UNIT ARRESTS WOODWARD COUNTY MAN FOR CHILD PORNOGRAPHY 
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
WOODWARD COUNTY, Okla. (January 5, 2023) – Special Agents from the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit arrested Tucker Gene Heglin (8/24/1989) on child pornography charges. Heglin was arrested yesterday at Boiling Springs State Park and booked into the Woodward County Jail. He is currently facing two charges:
- Buy, Procure, Possess Child Pornography
- Violation of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act
