INCIDENT: PC 496: POSSESSION OF STOLEN PROPERTY, HS 11377(A): POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, HS 11379.6(A): MANUFACTURING OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
LOCATION: 2700 block of Del Rosa Road, Pinon Hills
SUSPECT: Kyle McShane, 41-years old, resident of Pinon Hills
SUMMARY: On Wednesday, January 4, 2023, at 10:02 a.m., deputies were contacted by a supervisor for the Phelan Pinon Hills Community Services District regarding Kyle McShane being in possession of a stolen water meter, belonging to the water district.
Deputy C. Fox authored a search warrant for McShane’s residence in the 2700 block of Del Rosa Road in Pinon Hills. During execution of the warrant, deputies located the stolen water meter and a THC Extraction Lab. The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Departments Marijuana Enforcement Team responded to the residence.
Kyle McShane was arrested and booked at High Desert Detention Center for possession of stolen property, possession of a controlled substance, and manufacturing of a controlled substance. He is currently being held in lieu of $700,000.00 bail.
