1. Resisting Arrest (1945) 10000 Block of Thornton Road, Bear Creek District
Officers responded to the area on a report of a subject possibly armed with a gun and contacted the suspect. Officers attempted to detain the suspect, but he resisted. The suspect was taken into custody after a brief struggle. ARRESTED: Male juvenile, 15, for resisting arrest.
2. Pursuit Arrest (0121) 2900 Block of Navone Road, San Joaquin County
Officers attempted a traffic stop on a vehicle whose occupants had been seen firing a gun. The vehicle failed to yield and led officers on a pursuit. The suspect's vehicle eventually became disabled, and the driver was taken into custody without further incident. ARRESTED: Kevin Marin, 20, for evading, traffic charges, and child endangerment
