Prowler 
On January 9, 2022, SVPD responded to the 3700 Block of Township Ave. for a Prowler in Progress. The homeowner, advised someone was in the rear yard shining a flashlight into the residence.
As officers arrived they encountered a dark color vehicle possibly fleeing the area. The vehicle failed to yield and a short pursuit ensued. The pursuit ended when the vehicle crashed entering the 118 Fwy. The driver was arrested for the pursuit and two outstanding warrants.
Officer's searched the area surrounding the 3700 Block of Township for any outstanding suspects and did not locate any.
At this time the incident is still under investigation and it is unknown if the pursuit is related to the Prowler call.
