January 6, 2023:

• Officers responded to the 900 block of East Porter Street to attempt to locate a parole absconder. A 40-year-old male was arrested for an outstanding felony warrant.
• Officer Erwin made contact with a subject near Cooper Street and Hupp Avenue. A 47-year-old male was arrested for an outstanding felony warrant.
• Officer Baker was dispatched to the 200 block of West Mason Street for a breaking and entering report.
• Officer Erwin responded to the Courthouse for a warrant pick-up. A 35-year-old female was lodged at JSO on an outstanding felony warrant.
• Officer Bean was dispatched to the 500 block of South Blackstone Street for a malicious destruction of property report. Charges will be sought on a 24-year-old female.
• Officer Schram responded to the 1200 block of Forest Avenue for an attempted breaking and entering report. The 30-year-old male suspect was unable to be located.

• Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of Union Street for a suspicious situation report.
• Officer Morgan responded to the 500 block of Steward Avenue for a larceny report where multiple firearms were stolen. The firearms were entered into the national database as stolen.
• Officer Marcum and Officer Vernier made contact with a subject near Blackstone Street and Wesley Street. A 40-year-old female was arrested for an outstanding felony warrant.
• Officer Brooks was dispatched to the 300 block of South Higby Street for a stolen vehicle report. The vehicle was entered into the national database as stolen.

• Officer Debczak responded to the 200 block of West Wesley Street for a domestic dispute. A 64-year-old female was arrested for domestic assault.
• Lenawee County Deputies located a vehicle reported stolen with JPD on 04/28/2022. The owner was contacted, and the vehicle was impounded at the owner’s request.
• Officer Brooks was dispatched to the 500 block of West Franklin Street for a disorderly subject. A 37-year-old male was arrested for conditional bond violation.
• Officer Thoresen conducted a traffic stop in the 1500 block of East Michigan Avenue. The 50-year-old female driver had several outstanding felony warrants, and was turned over to MSP to be lodged on her warrants. Charges will be sought on the 35-year-old female passenger for carrying a concealed weapon; felon in possession of a firearm; and possession with intent to distribute narcotics.
• Sergeant Kruso conducted a traffic stop in the area of North Jackson Street and West Louis Glick Highway. The 45-year-old male driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated, 3^rd offense.
• Officer Brooks responded to the 1800 block of West Michigan Avenue to recover stolen property. The stolen property was returned to the owner.
• Officer Allison was dispatched to West Morrell Street and Third Street for an assault. A 29-year-old male was transported to the hospital.
