Winds could blow unsecured objects around. If you must travel, please exercise caution, stay vigilant for debris, slow down, and if you see flooding, turn around don't drown! Trees or limbs that are already damaged could fall, resulting in power outages. With soils already saturated, and trees being damp, winds could dawn trees and cause power outages.
