Strong winds are expected in Healdsburg between 1 a.m. and 4 a.m. tonight (Tuesday morning). Gusts of 60-70 mph, likely followed by rain, lightning, hail and/or localized flooding. Winds could blow unsecured objects around. If you must travel, please exercise caution, stay vigilant for debris, slow down, and if you see flooding, turn around don't drown! Trees or limbs that are already damaged could fall, resulting in power outages. With soils already saturated, and trees being damp, winds could dawn trees and cause power outages. For flooding, downed trees that are not blocking a roadway, or power outages, please call the City's 24/7/365 Emergency Utility Hotline at (707) 431-7000 or toll free (855) 755-6586. For emergencies that pose a threat to life and/or property, such as a downed power line, or downed trees blocking a roadway, always dial 9-1-1.
