Mountain View Ave is now open. Shelter in place lifted but the power will still be out 
PGE has stabalized the area and it is now safe. The shelter in place on Mountain View Ave has been lifted. Power will remain off for an unknown amount of time until repairs can be made. Mountain View Ave is open in all directions. Thank you for your assistance.
