Wilmington Police arrest man on gun charges: 
Wilmington Police have arrested a man on gun charges.
On January 6 at approximately 9:00 a.m., police responded to the area of Lancaster Avenue and North Harrison Streets for an aggravated menacing complaint. Upon arrival, police made contact with 35-year-old Jose Diaz-Rivera. Through investigative measures, police were able to identify Diaz-Rivera as the suspect in the aggravated menacing. Police took Diaz-Rivera into custody and recovered a loaded 9mm handgun.
Diaz-Rivera was charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Felony
- Aggravated Menacing
