INCIDENT: PC 422 - Criminal Threats
LOCATION: 1100 Block of Lillyhill, Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Emiliano Castillo, 36-Years Old, Resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Monday, January 9, 2023, at approximately 2:13 p.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station / Needles Police Department contacted Emiliano Castillo during a call for service. Through investigation, it was determined Castillo had made threats to harm the victim with a knife. Castillo was found to be in violation of PC 422 - Criminal Threats.
Castillo was arrested and transported to the High Desert Detention Center for booking. Castillo remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with a bail amount of $50,000.00, awaiting a court hearing.
