A Green Bay man who was jailed on a probation violation following the east side shooting that resulted in a homicide, killing a 42-year-old Green Bay man in December, has been charged.
The Brown County District Attorney’s Office charged Jesse Dahl, 23, on Tuesday, January 10, 2023:
- First-Degree Intentional Homicide – PTAC, as a Party to a Crime, Repeater
- Use of a Dangerous Weapon
- Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, Repeater
Dahl had suffered non-life-threatening injuries in the December 20, 2022, shooting on the 1300 block of Smith Street. He was jailed following his release from the hospital, a few days later.
