* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 5 PM MST this afternoon. For the High Wind Warning, from 8 AM to 6 PM MST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines. Power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles on north to south oriented roadways. Areas of blowing snow on Wednesday will limit visibility to less than one mile at times.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...If holiday decorations are still displayed outside, gusty winds on Wednesday could damage or blow these decorations away.
