The Janesville Police Department announces the hiring of two police officers that started on January 9, 2023.
Officer William T. Dill III is from Belvidere, IL. He attended Rock Valley College working towards an Engineering Science Degree. He will be attending the Blackhawk Technical College Police Academy in January 2023. Officer Dill recently worked for Walmart.
Officer Caitlin B. Mau is from Whitewater, WI. She graduated from Blackhawk Technical College with an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice in 2021. She also graduated from the Blackhawk Technical College Jail Academy in 2022. She will be attending the Blackhawk Technical College Police Academy in January 2023. Officer Mau recently worked for the Rock County Sheriff's Office.
