The Oakland Police Department (OPD) arrested De’Shaughn Johnson for the homicide of Anthony Bradley. The incident occurred on January 9, 2023, in the area of 21st Street and Adeline Street.
Due to the hard work and combined efforts of OPD Officers and Homicide Investigators, Johnson was safely taken into custody.
Alameda County District Attorney's Office charged Johnson with murder.

The Oakland Police Department is investigating a Homicide that occurred on January 8th, 2023, just after 10:15 AM, Oakland Police Officers were dispatched to 21st Street and Adeline Street to investigate the report of a robbery.
Once on scene, officers located an adult male, Oakland resident, suffering from blunt-force trauma. Medical attention was provided, unfortunately, the victim was pronounced deceased on scene.
Investigators from the OPD Homicide Section responded to the scene to take over the investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death.
