* WHAT...Snow expected and a touch of freezing rain possible. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 8 inches and ice accumulations of a light glaze. Highest snowfall totals over the higher windward terrain. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...The northern and central mountains of West Virginia.

* WHEN...From 4 AM Friday to 7 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong, gusty winds will cause blowing and drifting of snow, and further reduce visibility.
