* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of south central Indiana and Kentucky, including the following counties, in south central Indiana, Clark, Crawford, Floyd, Harrison, Perry and Washington. In Kentucky, Breckinridge, Hancock and Meade.
* WHEN...Until 1000 AM EST /900 AM CST/.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 703 AM EST /603 AM CST/, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Tell City, Corydon, Hawesville, English, Carefree Town, Mount Pleasant, Galena, Lewisport, Cannelton and New Pekin. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
