LOCATION: 200 Block of Race Street, Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Mary Broccoli, 48-years-old, Resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On Wednesday, January 11, 2023, at approximately 11:52 a.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station / Needles Police Department, along with San Bernardino County Probation Officers, contacted Mary Broccoli during a probation check. During the probation check, Broccoli was in violation of HS 11377(A)- Possession of a Controlled Substance and HS 11364(A)- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Broccoli was arrested, issued a citation and released at the scene with a future court date.
